Focus On CIDJAP’s Library by Mary Chiwetalu (Librarian)
CIDJAP Library was established in 1990 in the memory of the first Catholic Bishop of Enugu, Most Rev. Dr. John Cross Anyaogu (late).
One of the major aim of creating a library unit at CIDJAP is to create data-base and reference centre for students, researchers and the general public in all fields of study. Library users who troop into our office everyday are impressed with the materials and services rendered to them.
Most of our students have graduated and secured meaningful jobs. Some have travelled outside the country in search of greener pastures but in all these, they owe their gratitude to CIDJAP for creating an enabling environment that helped them to excel in their academic ventures.
Idle students that stay at home and while away their time are advised to avail themselves of this singular honour of making use of the library. We will forever be grateful to the initiator of the programme, Msgr. Obiora Ike and make bold to stay that the best is yet to come for the users of the CIDJAP library.
